For Valentine's Day, Brazil’s Gol Airlines came up with this simple yet fun Facebook competition called 'Valentine's Flight.'

During the Valentine's Day weekend, a series of images showing empty seats were uploaded to the Gol’s Facebook page. As the photo slowly appeared, users were encouraged to keep refreshing the page. The first to see the image and type in the seat number as a comment would then score a pair of return tickets to any of GOL’s destinations. The competition was such a success, that the airline’s Facebook community grew from 12,000 to over 200,000 in such a short period of time.
