Want to know the secret behind Lady Gaga's svelte figure? Forget Atkins and counting calories because the popstar is praising the virtues of what she calls "the drunk diet". The poker-faced pop princess recently chatted with the Sirius Morning Mash Up about her strict diet plan:
"I'm on the drunk diet, I like to drink whiskey and stuff while I'm working," she added. "But the deal is, I've got to work out every day, and I work out hung over if I'm hung over. And it's about the cross-training and keeping yourself inspired. I have to say, I do a ton of yoga."
Judging by Gaga's recent Vogue cover, this diet clearly works well for her! But we don't personally recommend you doing your workouts at the nearest local bar...
