Here's an article that'll have you thinking twice about getting breast implants (we're referring to you, Heidi Montag).

A Peruvian mother-of-four is finally free from the torment caused by her gigantic breasts.

Julia Manihuari's chest was reported to have reached N-Cup proportions, causing her to be bedridden for six months straight due to the sheer weight of her chest.

Manihuari, 29, who lives in northern rural Peru, was in such dire need that the local media offered to pay for her to take a three-day boat trip to the nearest town for medical help.

Once there, the experts diagnosed Manihuari with extreme form of Bilateral Gynecomastia, an illness which causes the mammary gland to continue growing. Her symptoms had appeared after the birth of her 3rd child.

Maniguari underwent breast reduction surgery, where the surgeons removed approximately 35 pounds of flesh from her breasts, to precent them from crushing her lungs and killing her.

After the six-hour operation, Manihuari's breasts were finally reduced to a more manageable 34B cup.
