A recent government survey declared there are 60 million obese people in China, with the number doubling between 1992 and 2002. This could not hold more true for cute Pang Ya, who at 2 years old already weighs the same as an average female Chinese adult. View her pics in the gallery below:
Although her alarmed parents admit that their daughter has a healthy appetite, they are anxious for assistance in helping Pang Ya lose weight. Her father said:
'Doctors can't figure out the reasons for her obesity, which worries us a lot.'
Pang Ya, who is from Taocun town, Shanxi province, was born weighing an average eight pounds but became heavy very quickly.
