Alcohol makes you fat. Eventhough we try to switch our drinks and still maintain a boozy time, the fact remains that alcohol does keep the calorie count high. Try to limit your alcohol intake each week. If you are used to drinking every Friday and Saturday night, reduce the frequency to one weekend night per week.
