A Chinese truck driver took a drastic measure to escape his wife's incessant nagging - By jumping into the Yangtze River and swimming 2km to reach the river bank.
Crew members at first thought that Zhou, who was travelling with his wife by ferry, ran from his cabin covering his ears and shouting,"I can't stand it any longer." They then realise what was happening when his wife burst onto the scene and started nagging him again.
Zhou jumped over the side into the rushing river, saying "I need a break". It was said that the possibility of survival can be zero. He managed to swim 2km to reach the riverbank and was found by the police.
Zhou said: "I felt like dying, but even that's better than my wife's nagging."
His wife had better wise up because the next time, he might not be as lucky. What if he was on some tall building instead?
