This is a device, still in concept stage, for visually impaired people to create two-dimensional art.

The Touch Color has a scroll wheel, a Rainbow Picker, in which blind people can select a colour through Braille dots. After selecting one of the 24 colours, the device differentiates colours by generating varied temperatures through LED bulbs.

The user can then paint on the thermal art board using their fingers, while the thermal-colour display technology records the lines and colours the blind artist is using.

Right.
