A third explicit recording of Italian leader Silvio Berlusconi has emerged. Now, high-class prostitute Patrizia D'Addario claims to have secretly taped her conversations with the prime minister following a sexy night at his official residence.

In the latest clip, 42-year-old D'Addario is said to be heard praising Berlusconi for his "prowness" in the bedroom, while he gives her dirty advice on her sex life.

This adds to the accusations of scandal news emerging of Berlusconi having affairs and wild parties with young women and escorts.

So far it hasn't damaged his position, but political sources say the graphic nature of the audio tapes could destroy his close relationship with the Vatican.

The latest extract of the tape was published on L'Espresso. In turn, Berlusconi hasn't denied that D'Addario was at his official residence, but claims he "cannot remember her" and denies paying for sex "because it does not involve the thrill of conquest."

In the tape released yesterday, D'Addario is heard complimenting Berlusconi on his staying, which she says is far better than that of a young man. She then says: "Do you know how long it has been since I have had sex like we have had tonight? Months... since I left my man...Is that normal?"

Berlusconi is then heard giving her some crude advice on furthering her sex life.

Earlier this week, a recording was released in which Berlusconi asked D'Addario to wait for him by "the big Putin bed", while in another, she was warned that he doesn't like to wear a condom during sex.

The accusations of Berlusconi's sleaze emerged in April, when he apparently attended the 18th birthday party of Noemi Letizia, giving her a gold and diamond necklack costing 6,000 euros. After that, his wife Veronica Lario, 53, accounced she was divorcing him.

In May, a photographer revealed he had taken 5,000 pictures of parties at the prime minister's Villa Certosa in Sardinia, which included a shot of topless women by a jacuzzi.

In a fourth recording, also posted yesterday, Berlusconi describes the delights of the estate to D'Addario, suggesting that she was also a guest there.

Just last month, details of Berlusconi's parties emerged when a corruption probe into businessman Giampaolo Tarantini heard recordings of him apparently talking to friends about hiring girls for the events. Berlusconi's relationship with D'Addario had become known from there.
