How do you spice up your onion rings? How about adding an egg on top of it? Here's how you can make sunny side up eggs in onion rings. Try it out!
They look super delicious and it isn't hard at all!
3 large eggs
1 large onion
Salt, pepper, your favorite spices
How to make it:
1. Cut your onion into rings and take the widest rings that have two layers. 2. Heat up olive oil in saucepan and saute the rings until golden brown. 3. Pour your egg into each onion ring. Make sure the yolk remains whole and doesn't flow on the skillet. 4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and whatever spice you want. 5. Cook it like how you would a sunny side up egg until the protein is hard and white. 6. The yolk should remain liquid.
