According to Vogue, creative director Olivier Rousteing said, "In front of the camera, she makes you feel like she is the only girl in the world," making a Rihanna reference. "When the woman that inspires you wears your creations, your vision feels complete."

Badu is regarded by Creative Director Ricardo Tisci as a fashion icon, and also as one of the most stylish women that he’s ever met.
