Alex Rodriguez and Cameron Diaz used to date, and now he's saying that she's one of the greatest human beings he's ever met. So why break up then? From the Insider:
New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez spoke to The Insider's Kevin Frazier about his relationship with ex Cameron Diaz ... Kevin also asks A-Rod, "Cameron Diaz [recently talked] about your breakup a little bit [in a national magazine]. How tough is that when there's so much scrutiny on your relationship?"
"Ah, you know, it's New York -- people are always going to have an opinion [with] pretty much anything you do, both on and off the field," he replies. "I don't like talking about my relationships, but I will tell you about C.D. -- she's probably one of the greatest human beings I've ever met, and just an amazing light."
Either way, we think he needs to expand his horizons, because he's obviously not been around much. Either that, or he's scared of what scorned women might do. The greatest human being ever:
