Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is now undergoing a three-week-long "Clean" detox program, as she is in the midst of filming Iron Man 2.
"I feel pure and happy and much lighter (I dropped the extra pounds that I had gained during a majorly fun and delicious 'relax and enjoy life phrase' about a month ago)," she wrote on her GOOP newsletter.
The cleanse, developed by the actress' doctor and detox diet specialist, Dr. Alejandro Junger, consists of two liquid meals a day with a solid meal in between, which doesn't include processed foods, dairy, sugar and the like.
Well, this isn't the first time Paltrow has decided to cleanse her system - she last year went through the Master Cleanse's lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper regimen, and more recently shed some self-reported holiday weight with Dr. Junger's "Clean" program.
Looks like she was pleased enough with the results to use the same program again this time. "I followed it to the letter and I can report that it worked wonders," she wrote.
