• Ask for a detailed maintenance plan stating what tasks and services will be performed and at what frequency. • How will the tasks inspected and how often? • How will you assess my building systems prior to our signing a Maintenance Agreement? • How will you equipment’s performance be monitored? • What is the maximum response time for emergencies?
