The whole idea of combining a staionary bike and a desk isn't new, but up till now, the designs of it haven't been so much as enticing or attractive. Until the WeBike came about. Its a pedal powered desk that happens to be a very sleek piece of furniture too.

Designed by We-Watt from Belgium, the WeBike's pedal to power design converts gentle cycling action into electric energy. An LED ring display in front of each seat shows how much power is being generated by the worker/cyclist and how much AC power is available for charging their device/s.

We-Watt says that the system can generate around 230Vac/30Watts of output per seat. Too bad it only costs $13,000. Do you have that sort of change in your pocket?
