Apple's new iPhone 5S fingerprint scanner feature is broken! The security system has just been hacked.
First, the company announced that the Touch ID fingerprint sensor would read fingerprints at a highly detailed level, and boasts a capacitive sensor at 170 microns thin and 500 ppi resolution. But this one clever reddit user's daughter just figured out how to hack it all.
Redditor iZeeHunter posted the image Wednesday, along with the caption: "The new iPhone 5S provides unmatched security with its new Fingerprint lock, which makes your personal data even harder to reach!"
