Nikon's LD-1000 LED movie light takes away the trouble of shooting at night. The always-on light mounts to your camera to keep the scene in front continuously illuminated with a natural looking, diffuse white glow.
You can attach it to your camera's tripod mount on a simple bracket. The new light can also be mounted on Nikon's advanced point and shoot cameras like the Coolpix A.
For Nikon 1 users, the LD-1000 is a good substitute for a more expensive lighting solution though it's not going to be cheap - at $100, still, it's a nice tool to have.
