Cheese made from breast milk, yes. Now, its Ice Cream's turn. Too much to take? Turns out, this whole thing is real. You can get it at Icecreamists parlor in London's Covent Garden. They sell a bowl for $22. That's way pricey!
Why so expensive? Each donor is paid $24 for every ten ounces of milk that's extracted using breasts pumps. Frankly, the milk would have been better off donated to children in hospitals than turning it into ice cream, but good business is good business.
Parents can be hard to buy for. They have all the “stuff” they want, and as their lives slow down, they have fewer needs.
