This is bizarre! A Spanish nun was expelled from her order after she was found spending too much time on Facebook. Maria Jesus Galan's sisters at the Santo Domingo el Real convent in Toledo, Spain simply didn't take it too well to the nun's 600 friends.
Galan also used the convent's single computer to digitize records and do some online banking. Are high tech stuff too much to grasp in the convent? She was asked to leave after she was found out.
The reason given by the sisterhood? Facebookin' made Galan "impossible to live with."
