Imagine harvesting fuel from old bras. Japanese undergarment manufacturer Wacol has started a new eco-campaign to distribute bags at their retail stores for customers to bring in unwanted bras. They received about 350 bags with over 35,900 old bras weighing in at 3.59 tons of waste collected and is now being processed and recycled into solid fuel.

They came up with the campaign after a survey resulted in the fact that 61% of women hesitated in throwing their old bras and only half of them say they don't want others to see their discarded undergarments.
