With everywhere getting more congested, it only makes sense if we stayed on water. Dutch architect Koen Oithius of Waterstudio envisioned a modern prefab housing complex to solve the problem of rising and falling tides. He is working on a floating house complex solution.

Containing water is difficult but his idea is to use water to regulate the interior temperatures of the complex saving up to 25% energy than a conventional building on land.

Question is, how do you get on real land?
