With China's massive appetite for energy, its no surprise the best way to approach a solution is by using solar power.

Suntech Power Holdings Co. Ltd has announced that they’ve reached agreements to develop four solar power plants in China, which collectively will generate 1.8GW of green power for the country which will located in Shaanxi and Qinghai provinces.

While the plants may still be in infancy, a roll out is looking good. Imagine green power for the world's most polluting country. What a change this would be on the environment.
