Sakugawa created an infographic on ways to keep yourself awake using some acupressure techniques. These simple moves can give you a snooze boost and they're easy to do! They include pulling down on your earlobes, rubbing the back of your hand between your thumb and index finger, and pressing against the back of your knee. It also covers general tips like getting some exercise, eating properly and other things like sniffing peppermint oil. Try it!
