Everyone needs a solar charger, that's what I think. In the future, not only will this reduce the amount of energy we will consume, but it'll also provide a greater deal of convenience.

Kodak’s solar charger is one such device that could never actually be used to harness solar energy. The device comes with a built-in battery and solar panels, that harness the sun to provide a green recharge to your cellphone, but the news doesn’t just end here, as the device takes up 28 hours of sunlight to completely charge its onboard battery, after which it can get about 1.5 charges for a cellphone and about 200 digicam images.

Other options include USB charging, which too like the solar charging option isn’t quick as it still takes about 14 hours. So what's the deal with this Kodak solar charger?
