Audi could be looking to create another variant to fill the void between the A4 Avant and Q5 according to Automobile. At current, there's no name for it just yet, but reports are suggesting that it could be a crossover version built on the underpinnings of the A4.
This would mean it would be a taller ride heigh, with more seating position and room in the rear for additional cargo. The company could call the next model the A4 Superavant or A4 Avantissimo, but no decision has been made just yet.
Rumor has it that the vehicle will be a plug in hybrid variant with the same 226-horsepower 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and a 35-horsepower electric motor snugged into the transmission.
Nissan might still be looking at making the iDX concepts. Australia’s CarAdvice had the chance to talk to Nissan’s corporate VP, Keno Kato. In regards to the iDX, he was quoted as saying: “It is under preparation and development. [The project is] 50/50 until some milestone to decide ‘go!’” Read more
