Everyone seems to be comparing the Nissan GT-R with another car. We've seen it pitted against the 2012 M5 Sedan, and the 2012 Camora ZL1 and now, the Corvette Z06 Centennial Edition from Insideline.

The 2013 GT-R has a 545HP and 463 lb-ft 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 linked to a six-speed dual-clutch transmission driving all-four wheels.

The 2012 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Centennial Edition on the other hand is powered by a 7.0-liter pushrod V8 pushing out 505HP and 470 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox.
