• “Check Now” tab will appear. After clicking on it, a dialogue box would appear as “Check DiskOptions”. Click on it.

•In order to run the CHKDSK command in the read-only mode, just click on “Start”.
•In order to fix the errors without checking any of the bad sectors, select the checkbox displaying “Automatically fix file systems” and then click “Start”.
•And last but not the least, in order to repair any of the bad sectors and recover lost data, select the checkbox displaying “Select for and attempt recovery of bad volumes” and then press “Start”.
