Facebook is rolling out photo comments, where users can comment on posts with images rather than just words. It was originally built during a Facebook employee hackathon. Photo comments are beginning to roll out globally on the web as well as on the Facebook mobile site. Unfortunately users can't leave photo comments within Facebook's mobile apps, but they're viewable.

Facebook's analytics dashboard for public Pages 'Insights' is getting a makeover, much to Facebook Page owners' delight. A small, random group of beta testers will get access to the new desktop design on Wednesday, with a larger rollout expected to follow at a later date.
